Laboratory tested.
Use the mouthwash twice a day. Pour 2 ml (4 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass, rinse teeth and gums for 3 seconds and spit. For children between 6 and 12 years, the dose is 1 ml.
Pour 15ml into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 60 seconds and then spit.
