The skin should be clean and dry before waxing.

Hold the bands between your hands for a few seconds.
Slowly separate the bands.
Apply a strip over the area to be waxed, pressing with the palm of your hand in the direction of hair growth.
Immediately, use one hand to pull the skin taut at the base of the strip. With your other hand, lift the end of the strip and pull it flush and against the grain. It's important to keep the skin taut and pull the strip as parallel to the skin as possible.
You can use the same strip several times until it no longer adheres to the hair sufficiently, then change to a new strip.
Once waxed, apply a post-wax wipe.
