Remove the grid from the back of the car air freshener holder
Remove the empty fragrance membrane from the holder
Place the new fragrance membrane into the holder with the aluminum side facing up, thread the aluminum strip through the opening in the grid and clip the grid to the holder.
Remove the wrapper carefully to avoid damaging the membrane.
Fix the clamp on the support, in the position you prefer.
