HP wound ointment by HANSAPLAST.

Reduces the visibility of raised and discolored scars. Hansaplast scar reducer is a self-adhesive polyurethane patch.

The transparent polyurethane patch has been designed to create a semi-occlusive barrier that improves hydration of the scar tissue.

It also increases the temperature of the scar tissue. This helps activate the skin's own regeneration process and promotes scar remodeling. The scar becomes flatter, lighter, and smoother.

How to use:
Apply the patch to clean, dry skin and make sure it completely covers the scar. If the scar cannot be completely covered, several patches can be applied side by side. The patch can be cut to fit smaller scars. Wear it for at least 12 hours a day and change it daily.
