The day tablet contains rhodiola, which helps the body adapt to emotional stress and contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity. It is reinforced by two amino acids that are precursors to dopamine: L-phenylalanine and L-tyrosine. The night tablet contains saffron, which helps maintain a positive mood and promotes relaxation , troptophan, a precursor to serotonin, and all this, along with vitamins B3 and B5, which help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
