LEGS • Before application, clean and dry the area to be treated well. Next, gently rub the area from bottom to top with your fingertips. • Support the foot on a stool and begin to roll the impregnated bandage, following a crisscross sequence, without excessive compression. • Upon reaching the knee, extend the leg and continue wrapping the bandage up to the groin area. • To secure the bandage, tuck the end under the last turn. • Apply the second bandage on the other leg and leave it on for 30 minutes. During that time, you can move freely. • Remove the bandage and massage any possible excess fluid with movements from bottom to top to intensify the effects of the treatment.

Bring the bandage under the armpit and roll it up as described above, from the armpit to the wrist. • After 30 minutes, remove the bandage and massage any excess fluid as follows: form a ring with thumb and forefinger around the wrist and up to the elbow four times. Repeat the same movement from the elbow to the shoulder. Finally, gently "knead" the skin on the inside of the arm towards the armpit.
I was allowed to try out these innovative draining towels as part of a product test. At first glance, the handling is quite simple, the wraps can be wrapped around the legs very quickly and easily, hold well and stay where they are supposed to, even with all kinds of (jumping/dancing) movements. However, I doubt whether they will survive 10 uses as advertised, as they are a little warped in a few places after the 1st use. In terms of effect, they are definitely very cooling, but they also give off some liquid, so I wouldn't necessarily lie down directly when using them. However, it is difficult for me to assess an immediate effect - my legs feel wonderfully cooled, pleasant during use, and the skin is immediately smoother, but is it tightened and remodeled directly? I really can't say, neither can my friend. But I will definitely buy a refill pack because I am very curious about the effect of repeated use.
