How to use:
Take a stick directly in your mouth.

Consult your doctor if you have hypercalcemia (high blood calcium levels), hypermagnesemia (high blood magnesium levels), nephrocalcinosis, or recurrent calcium kidney stones. Mild and transient side effects, such as bloating, abdominal pain, belching, flatulence, and/or constipation, may occur after taking this product. Using the product as directed reduces the risk of unwanted side effects. There are no contraindications for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but it is always recommended to consult your doctor before use. Do not use the product if the packaging is open or damaged. Do not use the product after the expiration date printed on the packaging. The expiration date refers to the product in its original, undamaged packaging and properly stored.
