If you see the duplicate charge in your statement, it is likely that during the connection with the collection gateway, without realizing it, you will refresh the page and hence generate a new charge.
It is also possible that it is due to a failure in the internet connection and, when reloading, the payment is doubled.
In any case, if you detect that the order has been charged more than once, please contact us and tell us the following information:
- Order number.
- Exact amount.
- Attach the payment receipt.
We will contact you as soon as possible and we will refund the duplicate amount.
