1.Start by taking a hot shower or bath to help open pores, soften dead skin cells and prepare skin for exfoliation. 2.If you plan to wax, do so before using the scrub to prevent skin irritation. 3.Apply the scrub to damp or wet skin. Start at the neck and go down to the feet performing circular massages. 4. Rinse well with the help of your hands and enjoy smoother skin. Use it 1 or 2 times a week.
