How do I get a VAT refund? (TAX FREE)

You will have to contact the Customer Service team, choosing as a specific subject the incident that occurred so that they can resolve it as quickly as possible.

You must also attach the invoice with the customs stamp and passport. Once the documents have been received, the value of the tax will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.
