The discount voucher has not been applied to my order.
Always remember to check the conditions of application of a voucher (products admitted, minimum purchase, validity, etc...).
We remind you that the vouchers are not cumulative (one voucher per order) and are not normally applicable to products on "Offer". It is necessary that the minimum purchase corresponds to the total amount of the products (without the added expense of delivery costs).
You should always enter the voucher before completing your order, when you check the cart you will see a section that says "Do you have a voucher? Enter the voucher there respecting capital letters, hyphens and numbers, taking into consideration if there are blank spaces before or after the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be applied in any case to orders already completed.
