The Band-Aids® Plastic Elastic are waterproof and flexible.
They are made from a combination of materials that help prevent them from wrinkling or peeling.
They are perfect for protecting small wounds or cuts in areas of the body that we constantly move, such as the hands, elbows or knuckles.
This format contains strip-shaped dressings with two different widths, so you can choose the one that best suits each wound.

STEP 1 Before applying Tiritas®, wash your hands very well with soap and water. And if you have a hydroalcoholic solution like Sterillium® on hand, use it to improve disinfection. STEP 2 Clean the wound carefully and remove any remaining sand, dirt or impurities. At HARTMANN we recommend cleaning the wound with Lusan® physiological serum. Gently pat the wound clean and dry. If you see any signs of infection, such as redness, itching or burning, it is important that you see your doctor, or ask your pharmacist for advice. STEP 3 Disinfect the wound with an antiseptic such as povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine. STEP 4 Apply the Band-Aid® avoiding wrinkles. Make sure the center gauze is just over the wound.
