Its material is breathable and transparent, with an adhesive well tolerated by all skin types.
They may not be as discreet as those of the Transparent range because their gauze is white, but they are the most resistant to water and the ones we recommend to use when you are in the water or under the shower.

STEP 1 Before applying Tiritas®, wash your hands very well with soap and water. And if you have a hydroalcoholic solution like Sterillium® on hand, use it to improve disinfection. STEP 2 Clean the wound carefully and remove any remaining sand, dirt or impurities. At HARTMANN we recommend cleaning the wound with Lusan® physiological serum. Gently pat the wound clean and dry. If you see any signs of infection, such as redness, itching or burning, it is important that you see your doctor, or ask your pharmacist for advice. STEP 3 Disinfect the wound with an antiseptic such as povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine. STEP 4 Apply the Band-Aid® avoiding wrinkles. Make sure the center gauze is just over the wound.
