Next, place and glue the artificial lashes as usual. The fine felt tip allows you to draw a precise line along the lid, but the texture dries like glue.
To ensure you get the perfect outline, liner should be applied at a flat angle and as close to the lash line as possible. If you don't want to apply the eyeliner in one stroke, apply half from the inner corner to the center of the eye first and the second half from the outer corner to the center.
